What is nine five ltd.’s return and exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. We at nine five ltd. will not be satisfied unless you are!
Exchanged and returned items must be as you received them (original condition)... unworn, clean and with all hang tags attached.
No credits will be issued for items that have been worn. There should be no marks of facial make-up/hair product on the hat.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error. If merchandise is being exchanged, ground shipping (to the contiguous 48 states) will be provided at nine five ltd.’s expense for the new product to be shipped back to you.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs that are associated with items being sent back to nine five ltd.
Please carefully package your return/exchange, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with its’ packing materials.
We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post from USPS when shipping a return. Ship via ground method and insure your package.
