How would you describe your apparel?
We consider our apparel ridiculously comfortable. There are a number of different factors that make our shirts this way. It all starts with using nothing but the finest fabrics. Second, the fit...not too tight and not too baggy, our silhouette offers a flattering look and fits the way a shirt should. Finally, the printing technique... we use water based and discharge printing methods that essentially re-dyes the fabric rather then plastisol printing where the ink sits on top of the shirt fabric. All of this results in a shirt that is simply too comfortable for words.
What size tee shirt should I buy?

Does your apparel shrink?
Our shirts are pre-shrunk, but you can expect your shirt to shrink between 2-4% which is less than the industry standard (8%). However, if you want them to shrink as little as possible, we recommend washing your shirts in cold water and hanging them to dry. If for some reason you want your product to shrink a lot, then wash in hot water and dry on high. The normal routine of wash cold, dry low should be just fine for those who care for their tees using the washer and dryer.
Do you use WRAP certified factories to make your apparel?
Yes, we are extremely proud to say we work with WRAP certified (Worldwide Responsible Accreditation Production) factories.
How does nine five ltd. ship their customers’ orders?
We ship all ground shipping orders via the United States Postal Service with a flat rate of $6.95 in the contiguous 48 states.

Orders that exceed $50.00 (not including tax) will qualify for free ground shipping. This offer applies to the contiguous 48 states.

If you wish to expedite your order, we offer 2 day and next day shipping. These orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Please note, typically, all orders ship within 2-3 business days of orders being placed. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email at info@ninefiveltd.com.
Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
As of now, we do not offer shipping outside the United States. In some cases, we can make special arrangements. If you would like to inquire about shipping an order outside of the United States, please send us an email at info@ninefiveltd.com.
What is nine five ltd.’s return and exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. We at nine five ltd. will not be satisfied unless you are!

Exchanged and returned items must be as you received them (original condition)... unworn, clean and with all hang tags attached.

No credits will be issued for items that have been worn. There should be no marks of facial make-up/hair product on the hat.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error. If merchandise is being exchanged, ground shipping (to the contiguous 48 states) will be provided at nine five ltd.’s expense for the new product to be shipped back to you.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs that are associated with items being sent back to nine five ltd.

Please carefully package your return/exchange, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with its’ packing materials.

We recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post from USPS when shipping a return. Ship via ground method and insure your package.

How does someone go about submitting a charity to be considered for potential partnership?
We ask that you submit an email to info@ninefiveltd.com with the following information: charity name, contact name, contact email, contact phone number, website URL and a brief description of the charity’s purpose. The nine five ltd. team will review and promptly reply to your email...thank you in advance.
How does the custom headwear process work?
We consider our clients not just customers; but, rather partners and relish the opportunity to collaborate with and provide them with headwear that is unique, true to their brand identity and relevant to the current trends in their respective market. Since every custom order is vastly different, we like to schedule an informal call to learn more about your organization/company. After our conversation, we can discuss next steps which would include...styles, fabrication, minimums, pricing and the production time frame. What percentage does nine five ltd. contribute for each custom headwear order?
We are committed to donating 10% of every custom headwear order placed with nine five ltd. to the live this day fund.
What is the live this day fund?
Think of the live this day fund as a big piggy bank that our custom headwear partners allow us to contribute to with each order. At the end of each year, nine five ltd. will crack the piggy bank open and equally distribute the contributions amongst each one of the life-changing charities that nine five ltd. has teamed up with.
